tl;dr – The money gods are against me, but I’m going to try to keep my licence current, and I’ll film whenever I fly.

Circuit practice on a busy day.
Oh, sure, the clouds were patchy, and there was lots of traffic, and I didn’t get the five landings I wanted, and two of my four landings weren’t great……………… sorry, I forgot where I was going with all this.
Flying to Vernon for lunch! (Pt.2)
I fly back from Vernon (CYVK) after a lovely lunch at the Sky High Diner, passing over a lovely part of BC (which you should totally visit, because it’s lovely).
Flying to Vernon for lunch! (Pt.1)
I flew to Vernon (CYVK) to check out the airport diner. Had trouble getting to the airport diner… Anyway, I flew over some geese, some smoke, and some lovely terrain, and flew near a couple of other YouTubers! My first $100* hamburger (Pt.2)
In this video, I fly home after my first (quite yummy) $100 hamburger! (And if I were to describe the wildfires, I would probably use the word “wild,” and probably use it repeatedly.)
* This burger cost WAY more than $100.
My first $100* hamburger (Pt.1)
I flew to Chilliwack for lunch (and, more importantly, pie). Watch this video to see how the flight was, and watch next month’s video to see how the food was!
* This burger cost WAY more than $100.
It was smokey. Still did circuits.
This video was filmed in July of 2023, while the Ross Moore Lake fire was burning about 25km south of Kamloops. Also, the winds in the air were significantly faster than the winds on the ground. Also also, I’m glad I practiced my landings…
Flying to Dunn Peak with a new grad!
My friend Britta just graduated from nursing school, so we went to fly around Dunn Peak to celebrate!
Sightseeing for their 40th anniversary!
The thing about nice days is that, not only does Paul go flying, EVERYBODY GOES FLYING. Check out Dale Maher’s channel here!
Getting checked-out in a Piper Cherokee!
I’ve wanted to fly a Piper Cherokee for many decades. Let’s, quite frankly, go.
